A: For in-stock items, you can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at support@yirujewellery.com.
Please note: Pre-orders and custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins shortly after purchase.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

A: Yes. All orders arrive in our eco-friendly YIRU packaging, and you can add a free handwritten gift note at checkout. We do not include pricing in gift orders.

Q: Do you offer custom engraving or designs?

A: Yes — our Customised Jewellery Page lets you personalise your piece with angel numbers, initials, words or symbols that hold meaning for you.

Q: Can I return a personalised or engraved piece?

A: Please visit our Returns Policy. In short: customised jewellery is final sale, unless damaged or incorrect.

Q: How do you choose symbols for your designs?

A: While 925 sterling silver is water-resistant, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising — to protect both the metal and the energy of your piece.

Q: Do you ship internationally? What about customs duties?

A: Yes — full details are on our Shipping Info Page. We ship worldwide, but international customers are responsible for any import duties.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A:
  • In-stock items: shipped within 3 business days
  • Pre-orders: shipped within 25 days
  • Custom orders: shipped within 40 days

Q: How can I track my order?

Q: Can I get my piece resized or repaired?

A: We don’t currently offer in-house repair or resizing (as our production isn’t UK-based), but we’re happy to recommend local options. Email us for guidance.
