Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 3 business days
  • Pre-order pieces: Dispatched within 25 days
  • Custom orders: Dispatched within 40 days

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked, 2–4 business days
  • Europe: Tracked Courier, 4–9 business days
  • USA & Canada: Tracked Courier, 7–14 business days
  • Asia & Oceania: Tracked Courier, 7–16 business days
  • Rest of World: Tracked Courier, 10–20 business days

Shipping Protection

All orders are sent with tracked delivery.
While we take great care to ensure safe arrival, we are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Delays due to carriers, customs, or extreme weather

If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us. We are committed to resolving it with care.

Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During promotional periods such as Black Friday or holiday seasons, both dispatch and delivery may take longer due to increased demand.

We guarantee shipment by our stated cut-off dates, but delivery delays beyond dispatch are outside of our control.
